RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with GF888, with no penalty and without stating a reason, within fourteen (14) days from the goods delivery, or if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received. In addition, the customer is allowed to return the goods if failures in shipping occur or the items do not correspond to the expected quality.

Items must be returned to GF888 s.r.l., Loc. Colle Baiocco - Ferentino (FR).
The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by GF888
Customs and import duties charged at the checkout, as well as customs and import duties paid at delivery, will not be refunded from GF888 in case of return.
- Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
- The Luxury888 security tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
- LUXURY888 reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.
In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
We do not accept returns or exchange of the following categories:
- - underwear
- - swimwear
- - items containing down or feathers (only for extra UE countries)
- Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Luxury888 reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Luxury888.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to the customer in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account. For orders paid by bank transfer, the customer will be requested to provide the bank details to process the refund within 30 days of receiving the return.
